Conquest Sales Representative Toyota

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B sales in the St Albans and Romford areas, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
- Promote and communicate manufacturer promotions to existing and new customers.
- Identify new customers and grow the business user database to ensure long-term growth of the business sales operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Plan workload to maximize opportunities and consistently meet and exceed customer needs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a parts sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
- A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and deliver the highest level of customer service.
- The drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively.
- Ability to develop parts sales to our existing customer base and develop new parts accounts within a predetermined territory.
- Effective organization and management of day-to-day work and priorities, using time, energy, and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
