Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our Property Department on a full-time permanent basis at the Southbank Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support across various areas, including facility management, health and safety, security, sustainability, projects, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Health & Safety and Security, as well as the wider department.
  • Assist with facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of projects and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a property or facilities management context.
