Job Title: Skills Coach – Aviation Customer Services

At Pearson, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skills Coach to join our team. As a Skills Coach, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programmes that develop Apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for their Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training programmes that meet the needs of Apprentices and employers.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Apprentices to support their development and progress.
  • Assess and evaluate Apprentices' work to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Work closely with Apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Apprenticeship programmes and materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering Apprenticeship programmes in the aviation or logistics sector.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to support Apprentices in their development and progress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use technology to support effective and efficient delivery of Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
