Job Description

As a Skills Coach - Aviation Customer Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that develop apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviors required for their apprenticeship. You will work closely with apprentices to support their development and progress, providing constructive, professional, and relevant feedback to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of apprentices
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support apprentices' development and progress
  • Assess and provide feedback on apprentices' work to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Work with apprentices to identify and address any areas of concern or difficulty
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless delivery of the apprenticeship program
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics and air ground operations, interacting with customers to provide passenger services
  • Background in supply chain warehousing, with experience in coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own supervision and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant training and coaching qualifications
