About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent end-to-end customer journey, ensuring customers' needs are met, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Contribute to and drive sales through excellent service and developing relationships with customers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by converting inbound leads and achieving sales quotas.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Ensure your product knowledge is up-to-date and passed on to customers to help advise on the best products for their needs.
  • Customer Journey Management: Manage the customer journey from initial contact to final order, ensuring all necessary information is processed correctly.
  • Quotation and Finance Agreements: Produce detailed and accurate quotations for customers, including finance agreements, and manage your own quotation lists.
  • Sales Team Standards: Adhere to sales team standards and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service.
About You:
  • Customer Service Expertise: Possess exemplary customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication and IT Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Detail-oriented and knowledgeable about products, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Sales and Service Experience: Experience in a range of sales and service methods, including face-to-face selling, phone sales, and live chat.
  • Team Player: A conscientious and collaborative team player, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated, confident, and able to build rapport with a wide range of customers, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
