About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive world-class service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live webchats
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service
  • Identify and escalate priority cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
