Customer Policy Review Specialist

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is working with a leading insurer to fill a new position in their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the insurance industry and develop your skills in policy review and investigation.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with good communication skills to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing insurance policies, investigating potential fraudulent activity, and answering customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance policies to ensure customer details are accurate and making outbound calls to update and revise policy details.
- Investigating cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy inception.
- Investigating policies where quote manipulation is suspected prior to policy inception.
- Answering customer queries over the phone and through email to resolve any issues.
What's on Offer:
- A starting salary of £23,400, which increases after the probation period.
- Monday to Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with three days a week working from home once trained and probation passed.
- 25 days holiday, plus 8 flexible bank holidays, pension, and more.
