Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Insurance Policy Review Handler to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As an Insurance Policy Review Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance policies to ensure customer details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Investigate cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy creation stage and during claims.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to policy coverage.
  • Perform general administration duties related to insurance policies and account details.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £23,400 (increases to £25,500 after passing probation).
  • Discretionary annual bonus.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
