Job Opportunity: Commercial Lead

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join its Operations EMEA business. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring best-in-class contractual and commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to commercial personnel working on designated projects, covering all corporate and project commercial deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports in commercial processes and procedures, personnel development, and training.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in delivering commercial reporting to the corporate function and ensure all commercial procedures are followed and reviewed.
  • Implement and deliver key policies and procedures, including the Financial Management Framework and Tender Governance Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or professional qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in contractual claims and dispute resolution would be advantageous.
  • Experience in interpretation of contractual documentation.
  • Experience in tendering and negotiation.
