Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media plans to drive business results and enhance our online presence.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, design, and video editing.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics.
- Creative and proactive with the ability to generate fresh ideas and engaging content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary of 30,000 DOE.
- Hybrid working model (2-3 days in the Liverpool office, with remote flexibility).
