Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a Registered Nurse with HC One, you'll have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to our Residents, advocating for their needs and delivering a high standard of care.
  • Work closely with multi-professional teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Recognise and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken, to ensure the safety and well-being of our Residents.

Requirements
  • A valid Pin number and a commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
