About You

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will have a valid Pin number and a strong understanding of the standards of practice set by the NMC. You will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care and support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including administering medication, developing care plans, and providing emotional support.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care and support, including participating in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to care planning.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families, including providing emotional support and advocacy.

Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
