Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you'll have the opportunity to build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, and developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with multi-professional teams to deliver person-centred care and support.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our Residents are met.
  • Mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Advocate for our Residents, promoting their rights and dignity.
