Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Holmes Care Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team and oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents.
- Create a safe, caring, and stable environment for our residents, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.
- Support the Service Manager in promoting high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner.
- Guide, teach, and mentor other members of your team, working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home.
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. You will also need to demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude, with adequate knowledge, experience, and a clear understanding of the nursing role and its professional boundaries.
