Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for each student.
- Regularly assess students' progress and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in SEN education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold a recognised teaching qualification.
- SEN Experience: Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN legislation, safeguarding procedures, and inclusive education practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
