About the Role

Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in one of our luxury elderly care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence and dignity.
  • Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risk of falls, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

Requirements
