As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the statutory accounts and audit process for multiple UK entities and one foreign subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with appropriate reporting GAAP
* Ensure all statutory legal entity documentation is completed and filed appropriately
* Review monthly/quarterly local and group reports and presentations
* Monitor and track variances between group/segmental and legal entity reporting
* Review significant variances and accounting movements
* Reconcile and liaise with the tax department regarding disclosures
* Carry out audit and financial reporting in all jurisdictions
* Prepare and review analysis/reports for internal control requirements
* Liaise with internal and external organisations as required

Requirements:

* Strong technical accounting background, preferably gained in a Top 10 Practice
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in financial accounting and reporting software
