Financial Reporting Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Financial Reporting and Control Specialist to play a key role in the continued growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Statutory Reporting: Plan and prepare all annual subsidiary statutory accounts to agreed deadlines.
- Group Reporting: Support the preparation of the Group annual report and financial statements, including coordinating senior stakeholders to ensure documents are reviewed and feedback is incorporated.
- External Audit: Manage the day-to-day engagement with the external audit team, planning and timing of statutory accounts audit work, and interacting with the delivery of statutory reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Assist with the preparation of month-end flash reporting, group consolidation, and cash flow reporting, providing high-level concise commentary and analysis of results.
- Reconciliations: Responsible for the collation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns, CT61 returns, and Corporation tax POA calculations.
- Corporation Tax: Assist with the planning and delivery of the Corporation tax year-end process with the external tax team.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting and analysis.
