Aircraft Maintenance Director

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our prestigious manufacturing company as a Maintenance Manager. This role will involve leading and executing the maintenance strategy for the plant, ensuring optimal equipment performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance programs to enhance autonomous, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in FMCG maintenance operations.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training on maintenance principles and tools to reinforce knowledge and skills among team members.
- Academic qualification in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a large-scale FMCG setting.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
