Aircraft Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the optimal performance of our equipment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing maintenance strategies.
The role will involve coordinating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop and enhance autonomous, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a large-scale FMCG setting.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, and will have a strong understanding of maintenance principles and tools.
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a starting salary of between £60,000 - £70,000, generous company pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company sick pay, and excellent medical and wellbeing initiatives.
