About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our Complex Rehabilitation Services team.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs, ensuring that they receive high-quality, evidence-based care.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, and will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to staff members.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a leadership role, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our services, working with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for rehabilitation services
  • Leading and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Providing education and training to staff members

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience working in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
