We require a seasoned Cyber & Data Response Associate with 2-6 years PQE to join our Cyber and Data Risk team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the development of the team, handling high-profile, insurance-backed cyber incidents and data breaches.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will act as the primary contact during cyber incidents and data breaches, guiding clients through crisis response, including regulatory notifications, media inquiries, and litigation preparedness.
  • Clients holding cyber insurance policies will be supported and managed in funding breach responses, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient handling of claims.
  • Regulatory investigations, privacy disputes, and large-scale data breach litigation will be your area of expertise, defending against high-stakes claims in a rapidly evolving sector.
  • You will provide strategic advice to clients across the insurance, technology, financial services, real estate, and public sectors, addressing complex cyber and data privacy challenges.
  • You will assist in the drafting and refinement of cyber policy wordings, risk assessments, and best-practice guides to strengthen client preparedness against emerging data privacy threats.
Qualifications
  • 2-6 years of PQE in data privacy, cybersecurity, or relevant contentious roles are required.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle complex data and cyber issues are essential, coupled with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • A collaborative approach to client relationships, particularly within sectors like insurance, finance, and technology, which have unique privacy and cyber security needs.

The compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to providing competitive salaries and benefits.
