Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Honest Burgers Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage shifts and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and health and safety compliance
  • Support in training and coaching the floor team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
  • Support in compliance and reporting to ensure that all necessary procedures are followed
  • Constantly improve the service and restaurant's performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures

Full-time, 40 hours per week
