Responsibilities:

  • Manage shifts and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee food safety and health & safety compliance, maintaining high standards at all times
  • Support training and coaching of the floor team, helping them to develop their skills and confidence
  • Contribute to compliance and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance the service and restaurant performance
