Shift Manager - Cardiff

We're looking for a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Honest Burgers Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Progression Opportunities:

As a Shift Manager, you will have the opportunity to progress to an Assistant Manager role within Honest Burgers Ltd.

The Role:

We're looking for a Shift Manager who believes in the power of old-school hospitality and great, fresh food to make someone's day. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your General and Assistant Manager in leadership responsibilities, working closely with the team to create a culture of loyalty, positivity, and opportunity.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Shift Management: Manage shifts, ensuring that the team is well-staffed and that customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Food Safety and Health & Safety: Ensure that food safety and health & safety compliance are maintained at all times.
  • Training and Coaching: Support in training and coaching the floor team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Support in compliance and reporting, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and records are up to date.
  • Service Improvement: Constantly look for ways to improve the service and restaurant's performance, working closely with the team to implement changes.
