Sales Representative

About the Role:
Vistry Group PLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in the Central Home Counties region. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales function, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
- Manage and implement new innovations to achieve business targets on new home sales across all sites.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcome for the business.
- Utilize technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
- Ensure effective management of sales visits, arranging suitable times and undertaking visits efficiently.
- Proactively manage and follow the sales process with every customer, as set out in the Sales induction training and development guide.
- Work collaboratively as a member of the sales team, demonstrating effective team working skills.
- Evaluate each sales process with a customer to achieve more effective, efficient, and profitable sales outcomes for the Company.
