We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales function, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
- Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth across all sites.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcome for the business.
- Utilize technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
- Ensure effective management of sales visits, pre-booked customers, and sales processes.
- Proactively work as a member of the sales team, demonstrating effective team working skills.
- Evaluate sales processes to achieve more effective, efficient, and profitable sales for the Company.
- Sell customer extras to drive additional profit for the Company.
- Ensure all customer contacts are recorded on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering under pressure.
- Experience in progressing leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
- Ability to handle challenging and difficult situations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Proven track record of successful completing the sales process with customers.
