The Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating a sales pipeline with potential customers through multi-channel lead generation, qualifying and progressing inbound leads, and driving the end-to-end sales process to close.

You will work closely with our sales team and client representatives to identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers. Your goal will be to deliver an over-target performance and achieve monthly quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Track and manage all MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Establish customer needs and requirements through research and analysis.
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, such as marketing, to build pipeline and close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven Inside Sales experience in selling fast-moving office equipment or other products (3 years +).
  • Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn, and new business prospecting.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with sales productivity and online meeting and presentation tools (Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, MS Office, etc.).
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Degree Level or equivalent would be an advantage.
  • Must be able to speak Dutch and French.
