Job Description: UKCIL Ltd is seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team and provide care for a young boy with complex needs. As a Personal Assistant for Young Boy, you will play a vital role in helping the child engage in activities outside of the family home and develop his social skills.

About the Role: This is a part-time position, requiring 3 hours of term-time work per week. Flexibility during holidays is also required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and be able to work effectively with a second support worker. You will need to be calm, confident, and able to manage challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the child in engaging in activities such as soft play.
  • Care for the child's personal needs, including toileting and medication administration.
  • Work closely with the child's parents and other professionals to ensure seamless care.
