We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service team as the Head of Customer Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a strategic and operational role in ensuring the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of a best-in-class aftercare service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culture, process, and performance improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Lead a team of customer service professionals across multiple channels, including in-person interactions
