About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Service Coordinator to join our team at Cornerstone Community Care. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals with disabilities and additional support needs, providing daily living support and promoting their independence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a caring and compassionate attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and training.
