Night Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Depot Manager to lead our night depot operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of night operations, including cost control, productivity, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of newspapers and magazines to our retailers.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to identify training needs and improve performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports to highlight challenges and successes.
- Work closely with the management team to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety at all times and ensure compliance with legislation and company policy.
- Work to an annual set budget and forecast to ensure financial targets are met.

About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a track record of success in a warehouse environment in a management position. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing a large operation, and liaising at all levels. You will also have outstanding communication skills and the credibility to effectively build relationships with all team members and management.
