Temporary Full Time Position

A challenging and rewarding role has arisen for a motivated and empathetic Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at various GP practices and health centers across the Wirral area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working with EMIS systems or Documan and possesses a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing a warm welcome and efficient front desk service to patients
  2. Managing appointment schedules and using EMIS to update patient records
  3. Registering new patients and conducting relevant checks
  4. Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication
  5. Handling prescription requests and initiating necessary actions
  6. Enjoying a supportive team environment and contributing to its success
