Job Description

\

We are seeking an exceptional Event Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive interest in our events and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

\

You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to develop strategies and tactics to promote our events and optimize campaign success. Your tasks will include producing valuable content for our website, creating clear event marketing copy, designing direct email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with graphic designers to produce promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our events.\
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate interest in our events and drive qualified leads.\
  • Produce engaging content for our website to attract and convert sponsors and delegates.\
  • Create high-quality event marketing copy for diverse marketing channels.\
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.\
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce promotional materials.\
  • Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and suggest new features to enhance brand awareness.\
  • Monitor and respond to social media queries in a timely manner.\
  • Suggest and implement new social media features to increase engagement and brand awareness.\
  • Continuously update your knowledge of marketing tools and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.\

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in event marketing or a related field.\
  • A quick learning ability and capacity to adapt to complex systems and processes.\
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.\
  • A high degree of attention to detail and administrative proficiency.\
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.\
  • A willingness to learn and take independent responsibility.\
  • Desired but not required: experience in Pardot and Salesforce, WordPress, and paid social channels.\
