Preparation Assistant for Culinary Events

At Recruitment Revolution, we're looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our dedicated team as a Preparation Assistant for Culinary Events.
As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our culinary events. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the preparation and packing of event kits, managing stock levels, and supporting the production process.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and packing event kits, ensuring all necessary equipment, supplies, and ingredients are available for each event.
Supporting the Production Manager with day-to-day tasks, including goods in and goods out, branding and customization coordination, and stock management.
Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of event equipment, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
Providing excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their requests and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborating with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key qualifications include:
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage stock levels and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
