About Network Talent

Our client, a respected FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Field Sales Professional to manage existing accounts across Cambridgeshire. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

The successful candidate will be based in Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds and should possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

About the Role

  • Visit clients regularly to discuss their needs and develop long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product supply and effective in-store promotions
  • Travel frequently throughout the territory to conduct product demos and staff training sessions
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to drive growth across assigned accounts
  • Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven insights
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or related fields (at least 1 year)
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry advantageous
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Valid UK driving license essential
  • Location: Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds
