Watch Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Workflow Administrator to join our busy Customer Service Department in Seiko UK Limited. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in stock and inventory management, ensuring seamless workflow support for our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will work as part of our Customer Service department, assisting in the movement of watches through the repair system, from receipt to dispatch.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To identify and pick parts required for completion of repair.
- To manage workflow and update repair statuses using SAP.
- Answer customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Proactive in researching and sourcing alternative parts and updating records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly disposition with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
