About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to aid pupil development. You will have a positive approach towards supporting pupils and use initiative to get involved constantly throughout the school day.

This role requires someone who can deal with challenging behaviour and work with pupils who have a variety of additional learning needs. The successful candidate will also be able to motivate and engage pupils to challenge themselves and develop.

The salary for this position is £83.34 per day, which is in line with the national government framework. We also offer a range of benefits, including regular check-ins and out-of-hours support from your consultant. To be considered for this position, you will need to have experience working within a school or with children, and hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS and be registered with the EWC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to aid pupil development
