Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training packages that cater to a range of learning styles and experience levels.
  • Research and consult with young people, partners, and the wider service team to identify key issues and trends.
  • Lead on the development of an annual diary of training sessions and work with local authority partners.
  • Enhance service visibility through representation within professional networks and meetings.
  • Lead contact for professional and student placement opportunities.
  • Maintain monitoring and evaluations of work undertaken to demonstrate service outcomes and targets.
  • Facilitate and deliver training to a range of partners and stakeholders in a flexible way.
  • Engage in team meetings, service development days, and 1:1/group supervision.
  • Contribute to the service's digital offer of interventions and develop content for use on social media.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in working with young people, drug and alcohol use, and the wider issues impacting this group. You will have a working knowledge of safeguarding children and an understanding of professional accountability.
