About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced FM Services Officer to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a brand new Category C resettlement prison in the UK. As a key member of our FM team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth operation of the prison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the Line Manager on the progress of maintenance contracts
  • Participate in and comply with material ordering and procurement procedures
  • Assist in multi-trade support of other members of the FM service team in completing work

What You'll Need to Do the Job

As a FM Services Officer, you will work autonomously to carry out maintenance and repair works, so you must enjoy working independently and have a flexible attitude to getting stuck in and delivering where required.
