About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced FM Services Officer to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a brand new Category C resettlement prison in Leicester. As a key member of our FM team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of maintenance and repair services across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the Line Manager on the progress of maintenance contracts
  • Participate in material ordering and procurement procedures
  • Assist in multi-trade support of other members of the FM service team

You will work as part of a close-knit team, delivering on accountabilities and contributing to the delivery of vital public services in the UK. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment that respects work/life balance.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you must enjoy working independently and have a flexible attitude to getting stuck in and delivering where required. You will work autonomously to carry out works at times, so you must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
