We're seeking a skilled FM Services Officer to join our team at HMP Fosse Way, a brand new Category C resettlement prison in Leicester. As a key member of our FM team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the site's facilities and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out painting and decorating tasks across the site
  • Supporting system reactive and preventative maintenance
  • Assisting with additional works to security systems, fire detection, life safety equipment, and other equipment

You'll work closely with our team to deliver on accountabilities, including advising the Line Manager on contract progress, participating in material ordering and procurement procedures, and assisting with multi-trade support.

As a FM Services Officer, you'll work in a secure environment, which can be challenging at times. However, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment that respects work/life balance and contributes to the delivery of vital public services in the UK.

You'll need to be able to work autonomously, enjoy working independently, and have a flexible attitude to getting stuck in and delivering where required. You'll also need to be able to broaden your experience and apply your skills in new ways.
