We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client, a national developer dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of their team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering 5-star customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading developer, building a close-knit team and contributing to the success of their new developments. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting viewings, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the developer in the marketing suite, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of presentation.
  • Conduct viewings of properties and build relationships with clients.
  • Generate potential sales leads and work closely with the marketing team to drive sales.
  • Work 5 days a week with weekends on a rota, with a basic salary of up to £38k and uncapped earning potential.

  • Proven sales experience in the New Homes sector, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
