Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

DRW is a leading diversified trading firm with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our London office.

About the Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a strategic role within our Talent Management team, working closely with business leaders and managers to achieve our firm's goals. This role involves providing HR leadership, consulting on human resources-related initiatives, and driving the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers and team leaders in assessing and implementing talent strategies to create a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Monitor and support managers with employee relations issues, including employee complaints, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Provide performance management guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
  • Coach and support managers with performance review programs, including communicating timelines and best practices.
  • Assist managers with career planning, organization design, and developing succession plans.
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, and employees to develop tools, procedures, and initiatives to ensure engagement and continued growth.
  • Recommend leadership development and training initiatives as needed.
  • Assist managers and employees with the employee lifecycle management process, including onboarding, promotions, internal transfers, and terminations.
  • Partner with immigration and compensation teams to support ongoing employee status requirements and global mobility needs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong HR business partnering skills, with experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
