We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing and Sustainability Manager to join our team at MRK Associates. As a key member of our Group Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing our responsible sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Deliver Responsible Sourcing Targets: Set priorities and direction for our responsible sourcing programme, ensuring targets and commitments are met.
  • Secure Sustainable Supply Commitments: Integrate sustainable supply commitments into our core business functions, mitigating risk of unsustainable supply of high-risk commodities.
  • Design and Implement Sustainable Sourcing Programmes: Develop and review the performance of our sustainable sourcing programme, including scope 3, deforestation, and other relevant sourcing targets.
  • Expertise and Guidance: Provide internal and external expertise on responsible sourcing issues, including design, implementation, and review of our ethical audit programme.
