Are you a seasoned IT procurement professional looking to elevate your career? Do you have a passion for strategic sourcing and category management? We're seeking an experienced IT Procurement Manager to join our award-winning procurement team at Whitbread.

About the Role

As an IT Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for leading strategic projects, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, and maintaining a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment. You'll work closely with our hotels and restaurants in the UK and beyond to source sustainable goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regular supplier review meetings with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain market insight regarding the IS marketplace, best-practices, trends, and key suppliers.
  • Documented Software Category Strategy plans for key spend areas.
  • Rolling 12-month sourcing plan for the IS categories.
  • Build strong project pipeline to deliver efficiency targets.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced IT procurement professional with a track record of negotiating complex contracts, managing stakeholder relationships, and implementing end-to-end project solutions. You'll have a strong understanding of the commercial IT environment and be able to develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with functional and business objectives.
