Job Title: SEN Teacher Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in North London. This special needs school goes above and beyond for young autistic individuals in order for them to unlock their full potential, in and outside of school.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for keeping up to date with safeguarding / health & safety policies.
• Uphold public trust as professional members of staff and approach the role with positivity, creativity, problem solving and a communicative and collaborative mindset which first and foremost supports quality learning.
• Value and use differences and diversities in learning support.
• Be self-reflective and professionally curious at all times.
