About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Preston. As a key member of our clinical and nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care that meets the needs of our service users.
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways that promote excellence in mental health care.
  • Support the local implementation of our Group Nursing Strategy, ensuring that our services are aligned with best practice.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RMN) with active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience in mental health care.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
