Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Brookhaven and The Hamptons in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a 23-bedded open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs and a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service.

As a qualified nurse, you will be working within a recovery-focused environment that emphasizes inclusion, skills development, and consolidation, risk reduction, and relapse prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to adults with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in risk assessments and health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • Active NMC registration
  • Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
  • Understanding of the importance of delivering a holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence
