We are seeking a compassionate Night Nurse to join our team at Brookhaven and The Hamptons in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston. As a Qualified Nurse, RMN, RGN (with Mental Health experience) or RNLD, you will be working within a 23 bedded open-rehabilitation service for adults with enduring mental health needs and a 14 bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service.

About the Role

Our ideal Night Nurse will have experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting, an active NMC registration, and an understanding of the importance of delivering a holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to service users, promoting their recovery and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and write care plans, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide medication training and support to service users.

Requirements
  • Active NMC registration.
  • Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting.

  • Experience and knowledge of working within Mental Health and Rehabilitation.
  • Medication trained.
